Live Sports News reported on July 11th that Brazilian media outlet UOL has published an article discussing the future of Real Madrid winger Rodrygo. 

As the transfer window opens this summer, discussions about Rodrigo potentially leaving Real Madrid are resurfacing within the club. During the World Club Cup match against Paris Saint-Germain, the Brazilian forward was placed on the bench for the fifth consecutive game. 

Arsenal has been keeping track of the player's situation and is now considering restarting the negotiations for this winger. Although Real Madrid closed the transfer door after the appointment of Xavi Alonso, Arsenal still hopes to sign Rodrigo next season. 

In the coming days, Real Madrid will hold a crucial meeting with the Rodrigo team to clarify his future. Several European clubs, including Arsenal, are closely monitoring the developments and waiting for the right moment to push forward the transfer negotiations. 

Rodrigo has repeatedly stated that he prefers to play as a left winger. This position is currently held firmly by Vinicius. During Ancelotti's tenure, the Brazilian was forced to adapt to the right wing role, and with Alonso taking over, his tactical position further declined. 

It is reported that initially, Real Madrid set a psychological price range of approximately 100 million euros for potential European buyers. However, the exact amount may vary depending on the season's goals. The 24-year-old Rodrigo started his career in the Santos youth academy and has been playing for Real Madrid for six seasons. His current contract expires in June 2028.
