DO: Arsenal is close to reaching an agreement with Valencia regarding the transfer of Moskal.

According to the information provided by The Athletic's sports journalist David Ornstein, Arsenal is making efforts to complete the deal for signing Valencia's center-back Moskal. 

It is reported that Arsenal has reached an agreement with Moskala on the personal terms, and there is also a close possibility of an agreement on the transfer between Arsenal and Valencia Club. 

Mosquera played 41 times for Valencia last season, and appeared in 38 La Liga matches, including 37 of them. Additionally, he represented the Spanish team in 4 of the 5 matches of the U21 European Under-21 Championship this summer. 

Arsenal regards Moskala as an ideal rotation option, which can provide a guarantee for the main central defenders' pairing of Gabriel and Saliba.
